Dhawr is not directly responsible for the preparation of food, quality of goods, or timeliness of third-party vendors.

Dhawr is not liable for delays caused by vendors or delivery partners beyond our control.

Dhawr is not responsible for:

Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Dhawr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.
